Our company has successfully designed and revamped towers in atmospheric and vacuum system, to satisfy the need of increasing the output and quality, saving energy, and so on. The revamping of pre-fraction tower is one of the important tache of increasing the output. We designed to increase a withdraw to produce solvent oil, the effect is very good. Increasing the top pull out rate of gasoline can decrease the burthen of atmospheric tower. At present, most atmospheric towers use trays. When we need to increase the output and quality, we usually replace part trays by packing. The maximal burthen is between No. 3 circulation and feed entry. With our high efficiency packings and advanced internals, we successfully revamped more towers. Base on difference of the oil character and product need, vacuum towers can be divided into lube vacuum tower and FCC vacuum tower. In the lube vacuum tower of 10.2 meters in diameter in Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co. the packings and internals produced by our company is used, and the effect is very good. By our design and revamping the output ability of the lube vacuum tower of 6.4 meters in diameter in Jiujiang Petrochemical Co. increase from 2500kt/a to 3500kt/a, and it is up to 4500kt/a by the lube vacuum tower of 6.4 meters in diameter in Anqing Petrochemical Co.
