Using methanol we can synthesize diverse compound in addition, product   pesticide, medicament, plastic. And also it is the clean fuel for generate electricity and car fuel. With the methanol technology developing to single series and large-scale, energy sources are the main cost of methanol manufacture. At present methanol manufacture technology revamping is focus on adopt energy saving method. Packed column has obvious advantage on energy economization. Inner Mongolia Sulige Natural gas chemical company imported a set of 150k ton/y methanol equipment. For improving its yield and quality, they empower our company to design and revamping the rectify system, we use our company’s packing and internals we successfully overcome this equipment’s defect according to original equipment’s character. The product methanol yield 180k ton/y and quality reach national standard. At present, this equipment running very well and the vapor consume reduce 30% than before.
